IRRESISTIBLE SUMMER FUN
Encourage lasting summer memories by providing safe places to play, by sharing the games you enjoyed as a child, and, most importantly, joining in the summer activities with a picnic, campout, or a special trip to the beach or pool.

Toys for summer play…
Research shows that children spend less time playing outside and more time playing inside than their parents did.  Bring toys outside—provide a large variety of sand & water toys, wheel toys for riding, pulling and pushing, bug boxes, and bubbles, or outside art…

SUMMER SOLSTICE
June 21st is the first day of summer and the longest day of the year.  Celebrate solstice by letting your child stay up a few minutes later—it’s a great way to make the day special…
Places for summer play…
Neighborhood parks and playgrounds are fun for vigorous play.  Bring balls or frisbees, basketballs, bikes, etc.
HAPPINESS WITH HULA HOOPS
Whole Wheat Wheels…
FUN WITH WATER…
…and much more…
Games for summer play…
Some games never go out of style—they are passed on from generation to generation.
    - Hide-and-seek
    - Hop scotch
    - Jump rope
    - Kick the can
    - Running through the sprinkler
